With over 30 years of experience in road construction and infrastructure maintenance, Tom oversees all aspects of our operations. His expertise spans project delivery and commercial management both in Australia and internationally. Tom ensures the company runs smoothly, managing revenue, costs, and daily operations with a strong focus on quality.

Peter Brain

Operations Manager SPC Metropolitan

Peter has over 22 years of line marking experience and plays a crucial role in managing contract works. Since joining in 2003, he has excelled in business management, tendering, and compliance, making him instrumental in securing and successfully delivering contracts. Peter is responsible for planning and completing all Perth Metropolitan contract works.

Ramees Miller

Senior Projects Manager

Ramees joined ILM in 2023, bringing a solid background in engineering and management. As Senior Projects Manager, he is responsible for planning and overseeing the completion of Main Roads WA longitudinal line marking contracts. Ramees ensures all projects meet contractual and compliance standards.

Jason Reimers

Operations Manager SPC Rural

Since joining ILM in 2018, Jason has been key to maintaining contracts and ensuring successful project delivery, drawing on his 30 years of line marking experience. His expertise ensures that all Rural WA contracts are planned, programmed, and completed successfully, maintaining high standards across every project.

Crispin Thornber

ATLM Works Manager

Crispin joined ILM in 2009. He brings 11 years of experience in long line paint trucks to our team. Since joining us, he has overseen the design and build out of three long line paint trucks within our fleet. Crispin now manages the Audible Tactile Line Marking (ATLM) crew and its fleet.

Paul Braybrooke

HSEQ Manager

Paul brings over 20 years of experience in safety, training, and emergency response. His expertise in safety process development and occupational hygiene management has been crucial in maintaining our high standards. As HSEQ Manager, Paul ensures that all our work adheres to all legislative requirements and maintains its certifications, safeguarding the health and safety of our whole team.

Melvin Joseph

Project Engineer

Melvin has over 3 years of experience as a project engineer in the road construction industry. He is responsible for managing contracts, liaising with clients, scheduling works, and processing claims. Along with the Senior Projects Manager, Melvin assists with the planning, coordination, and delivery of project works, while ensuring all safety and quality standards are met for every project.

Narelle Boydon

Administration Officer

With over 25 years of experience in administration, Narelle has worked across many different industries handling administration, accounts, payroll and purchasing. At ILM, she handles the accounts, timesheets, general office administration, and Main Roads Statewide Panel Contract progress claims.

Our Story

Intersectional Linemarkers (ILM) started in 1995, creating and installing thermoplastic line markings for Main Roads in Perth Metropolitan. In 2008, new ownership took over, expanding our services to include high-volume longitudinal and transverse line marking, reflective markers, audible line marking, line removal and retexturing capability through specialised water blasting plant and equipment.

Today, we are one of the largest WA-owned line marking companies, proudly serving Main Roads, local governments, major contractors, mining companies, and airports across both Perth Metropolitan and Rural WA.

We are Third Party Accredited in Safety (AS 4801), Quality (ISO 9001), and Environmental (ISO 14001) and holds current accreditation with MRWA to perform traffic management on Network Roads and maintains Painting Contractor Certification Program (PCCP) industry accreditation.
